I love words, their power, subtlety, beauty. Sometimes they punch. Other times they might stroke and persuade.

Writing is a craft and choosing the right words is more of an art than a science. The skill is in thinking about who’s reading them and what the reader wants. Unpicking the key messages which underpin your business objectives. Finding the right tone of voice so that your audiences really hear what you’re saying. Get it wrong, and you’ll have lost them faster than you can say onomatopoeia.

Tone of Voice
